Title: Robotics Controls Engineer (ROS1/2- C++/python)
Length of Contract: 6 months + high likelihood of extensions (up to 24 months)
Location: Mechanical would be mostly onsite in Webster, NY(some hybrid) client is willing to pay expenses and biweekly flights to come onsite
Oxford s client is working on a new Robotics/AI R&D project for their renewable energy business.
The Controls Eng candidate would be heavy on ROS1 and ROS2, as this is the key for the role .
Oxford's Client is looking for someone to be experienced with programming in C++ and Python as they will be programming directly on the KUKA robot and also coding within the ROS1 and ROS2 operating systems.
They will be doing some integration work as well.
The Product is an AI solar enabled installation modulation Robot.
